Happy 4th - 315!

If you’re sticking around for the holiday, we’ve found plenty of fun things to spice up your weekend. Celebrations for America’s 249th birthday are in full swing with fireworks galore, but there’s also a music festival, craft workshops, Adult Prom, and a life-size game of Candyland!

450 Teens to Be Placed at Work Sites Across Oneida County as Part of Employment Program

The Oneida County Summer Youth Employment Program has placed teens in work sites, where they will put in 15-20 hours a week in order to gain valuable skills and real-world experience.

Free degree program launched at Cayuga Community College

Eligible New York Residents between the ages of 25 and 55 can pursue a free associate’s degree through the SUNY Reconnect program.

Trailer will aid St. Lawrence County pets in emergencies

After years of fundraising, volunteers of the St. Lawrence County Animal Response Team have secured the funds for a specially equipped trailer to shelter animals and pets during emergencies.
